ABOUT
Aikido is a Japanese martial art that uses locks, holds, throws, and the opponent’s own momentum — no significant physical strength required. TaiZenKan Dojo is affiliated with the Australasian Aikikai and established in partnership with Judo Central Coast in Erina, NSW. A family martial centre with a safe, respectful environment for all ages, genders and backgrounds.
DOJO
We train at Judo Central Coast — Erina Dojo, 3A Chiltern Rd, Erina NSW 2250 (upstairs). The dojo features great judo mats and a sprung floor. We always emphasise respect for the place, the people, and the practice — shoes off before the mat, bow when entering or leaving, and leave your ego at the door.
